About

I'm a Principal Software Engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with deep expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem. My work centres on solving complex business logic, performance-critical data processing, and system-level design — grounded in DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.

Over time I've learned that the most important engineering decisions involve trade-offs — between technical quality, delivery timelines, and business value. I bridge the conversation between leadership and engineering teams, aligning technical decisions with business objectives.

Beyond individual contribution, I've built and led engineering teams from the ground up — recruiting, mentoring, and establishing development practices that stick.
